01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the Kingdom Ember website and its website features, including the screenshot viewer and email-draft helper. “Kingdom Ember”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the team operating this website.

Please read these terms before using the website. They set out the basis on which the website and its materials are made available; nothing here overrides protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. This website does not require you to create an account, accept a paid subscription, or make a purchase.

02Using the website

You may use the website to learn about Kingdom Ember, view the game imagery, read our policies, and contact the team for lawful personal or business enquiries.

You must not use the website to distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive messages, or deliberately interfere with the site’s availability. You must not use the support tools to disclose another person’s private information without authorization.

If you are not legally able to enter into an agreement on your own, involve a parent, guardian, or other authorized representative where required by applicable law.

03Game information and availability

This is a product-information website, not a playable version of the mobile game. Screenshots and descriptive material illustrate the game; they are not a promise that every feature, visual detail, platform, region, or version will be available to every player.

This website does not currently provide a store checkout or an official app-store download link. Contact the team for current availability. Do not treat a third-party listing as authorized merely because it uses the game’s name or imagery.

A separately distributed game may have its own license terms, privacy notice, age requirements, store conditions, and gameplay rules. Those materials should be supplied with the applicable release. These website terms do not replace them or create a game purchase agreement.

04Website content and intellectual property

The website design, text, Kingdom Ember branding, and game materials are owned by their respective rights holders. Displaying a name, image, or mark here does not transfer ownership to a visitor.

You may view the site and keep an ordinary browser copy for personal reference. Unless permitted by applicable law or by the relevant rights holder, you may not sell, commercially redistribute, or falsely claim ownership of the site or game assets.

05Support messages and feedback

The contact helper prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not send a message to the team by itself. You remain responsible for reviewing the recipient, contents, and attachments and sending the email through your own provider.

Only send material you are authorized to share. Do not include passwords, complete payment details, or unnecessary confidential information. We may use your message to respond and investigate the matter as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sending an idea does not transfer ownership of your existing work or create a compensation agreement. Please do not send confidential inventions or material that requires a separate nondisclosure agreement. Response times are not guaranteed by this website.

06Third-party services
